What’s the difference between ducted evaporative cool and ducted refrigerated cooling?
Ducted evaporative cooling draws in air which is cooled and filtered through moistened pads, then circulated through outlets or ducts. Evaporative cooling provides cool, fresh air into every room of your home that you want cooled.
It is a more natural and cost-effective process than refrigerated cooling systems. The central cooling unit is situated on the roof of your home. Unlike refrigerated cooling which is most effective when all doors and windows are closed, ducted evaporative cooling requires doors and windows to be open as it pushes old air out and uses drafts for circulation.
My air conditioner is over 10 years old, is it worth getting fixed?
In this situation, if the air conditioner has not been well maintained and serviced it is probably most cost effective to replace it rather than repair it. Our experienced technicians will help guide you on costs for both options.

How does gas ducted heating work?
Gas ducted heating works by collecting cold air, heating it and pushing it through your ducts to heat the space up. Your gas heater is usually located outside the property.
Do I need to service my gas ducted system?
It is recommended by Energy Safe VIC that you service your gas ducted heater every two years.
What is carbon monoxide testing?
The carbon monoxide spillage test checks the key areas of your gas heater and room for spillage. We will use a probe to check different parts of the heater and the room to make sure we cannot detect any carbon monoxide in the air. If we detect any carbon monoxide, we will find the cause of the spillage. If it cannot be fixed by the technician due to a faulty heater, we will immediately disable the system to keep you safe.
Can you clean out ducts?
No, we only service the ducted units and all their components and will make sure they are working properly, we do not recommend cleaning ducts as they get damaged and cause air leaks which lead to damaged units, we recommend replacing really dirty ducts as they are cheap to do so
Would you have parts for my system with you?
It is highly likely that we would have them with us, but there are so many types, brands, models and years, it’s impossible to guarantee. We can usually get stock in within a couple of days as we only purchase high quality products from the manufacturer that come with a manufacture warranty.
