What types of vehicles do you detail?
We can detail almost any type of vehicle. Just be sure to let them team over the phone know exactly what type of vehicle it is, from a motorcycle to a truck or boat and they will send the right technician out for the job.
How long will it take to detail my vehicle?
Depending on the type and condition of your vehicle and which package you have selected; it can take anywhere from half an hour up to all day to complete.
What type of damage on my car can detailing fix?
Your detailer will be able to fix light scuffing from scratches or bird droppings and sap with a paint correction service or with a cut and polish compound. However, paint chips and dents will require a touch up or dent removal specialist.
How do you clean leather surfaces?
Your technician knows how to treat your leather with care and only uses specialty products to clean, restore and condition your interior.
Which sort of protective coating should I choose?
Using paint protection can prolong the life of your paint and ensure that it doesn’t fade too quickly from UV rays and oxidization. We can use a ceramic coating which can protect from light scratches and makes the water bead off the surface of the exterior keeping it cleaner for longer. The product will be applied, cured and turn transparent for a glass like finish. A Carnauba wax or polymer sealant will create a protective barrier that’s durable and cost effective.
Do you charge by the hour?
No, we have different packages available to cater to your specific needs. The prices are set for that package based on its inclusions. We do have a minimum spend of $100 for our mobile service for a single vehicle. If you have multiple vehicles to be detailed at the same location, there will be now minimum.
What is the best time to get my car detailed?
We think anytime! If its been a little while since you have cleaned the exterior, its sure time to give your vehicle some TLC. Cleansing and protecting your car regularly will always prolong the life and look. If you have pets or children, we all know how your interior can look even after a day, get your interior detailed to make that mess disappear. Maybe you just always love having a spotless car inside and out, our mobile service will cater to all needs when it comes to the cleanliness of your vehicle and make it feel brand new again.
Do you steam clean the seats?
Yes, we can steam clean your upholstered seats, boot, carpet floor and mats and even your baby seat. If you require further spot stain removal, your technician will quote upon inspection on the type of stain and do their best to treat the area carefully.
What is a cut and polish?
The short answer is a paint correction, although the process isn’t as straightforward. The process of cutting is having a professional remove a fine layer of the clear coat by using a special cut and polish compound and tools. This stage will remove light scratches, swirls, holograms and marring to bring back shine in your coating. Next, we do a decontamination or clay bar treatment. Then the polish process will maintain, restore and protect your paintwork and give it back its glass like shine. A cut and polish requires experience, patience and attention to detail.
